Episode summary
Three sisters think they have found a way out of their troubles when they discover a monkey's paw that grants them their wishes.

Fun and viewer review
If I had a magic monkey's paw that could grant me three wishes my first wish would be that my next two wishes would have no negative consequences. My second wish would be for a trillion tax free dollars and my third wish would be for a time machine, there three wishes done and done.

Episode summary
A traitor in the second World War is restricted to a prison camp and one of the men he betrayed is transported to the camp and promises to reveal his identity.

Fun and viewer review
If you liked the season 3 episode ''Yellow'' then this one you'll probably like to. It has a good plot and I thought the acting was also pretty good. Thow i did not no a single actor in it, i still tried to enjoy the episode and did. While some of the Season 7 episodes where okay this one to me stood out with the good ones. Also I was not bothered that the cast members are pretty much all british. Still give this one a watch I did not see the twist coming the way it did, and its one of Season 7's greats.

Episode summary
After one too many botched jobs, a young female criminal leaves her partner and all is not what it seems to be when she finds someone to make him jealous.

Fun and viewer review
Wowwy wow whoah wow! A FABULOUS episode that tops a lot of other episodes in the series. Like it says, this is exactly why I watched the show. Ewan McGregor makes a funny bank robber and zombie and it is sad to see his face get shot off by a shotgun in the end (don't worry, he's a zombie, he can't die). So, in case some crazy man ever walks up to you on the street and says "Hey, I gots every episode of Tales From the Crypt. Ya want one?" just keep this episode in mind, you won't reget it!

and always in capital letters. Blame everything on me being a racist? because I said quote "Boo to the AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN who dislikes this episode" how is that racist? because I am singling you out? Sorry, Maybe I should have been more direct. Now your' reply... that's more cliche' than ever. Terribly sorry if that upsets you. Not like you will ever see or meet me in life. Most people are racists towards us these days so don't feel so singled out. We have to deal with it too.

Episode summary
A young man with a strange device is hired onto an advertising company by an esteemed executive--but what the exec doesn't know is that the young man is in cahoots with her enraged ex-partner who is out for revenge.

Fun and viewer review
Badly mis-titled, Smoke Wrings was one of the most convulted, confusing and just plain boring episodes of the series. It bears little resemblance to the original EC comics story (which actually had smoke involved), other than being in an ad agency and nothing is really explained or if it was I didn\'t care because I was bored out of my mind. The result is just one lame episode that would have been turned down even by the producers of Tales From The Darkside. The Crypt producers should have known better. The ending is just plain pathetic. This is one of the worst episodes of the series, bar none. I may be harsh on it because it went completely off from the original story, which woould have been way better, that one concerned a cigarette steam smoke billboard and a vicious female ad exec and went with the title, this one had chocolate and a mind device, I just don\'t see the connection. I hate the episodes when they take complete creative control and go original, those ones rarely worked.
Again, an all British cast, for the most part.

Episode summary
A priest discovers that he has two long lost daughters, beautiful Angelica and ugly Leah, who fears that because of her looks their father will leave them again and when he plans to leave he gets a big surprise.

Fun and viewer review
I always had trouble getting through the first 3 minutes of this one as it starts out very slow, involves a Crypt staple in twin characters (See, "People Who Live In Brass Heases" and "My Brother's Keeper"), and it even gets to the point of sheer boredom, but somewhere along the lines, it becomes very interesting and finishes off with an excellent if somewhat predictable payoff. While this episode seems very British, it works well for this type of story as the setting seemed to fit it perfectly. The acting is really good and the makeup for Leah is downright creepy and revolting, exactly how it should be. The good sister/evil sister element was played off perfectly which leads into the sympathatic conclusion. This one may not sit well with religious buffs though. That was one twisted priest, that's for sure. A sex starved priest was implied in "As Ye Sow" but here he's all out. I give this one a solid 7, for the ending especially, it was kind of sad actually.

Episode summary
A screenwriter finds himself as the prime suspect when a serial killer is on the rampage decapitating female heads in the city.

Fun and viewer review
For me, this episode is the best of Season 7 aka the British season also the final season of the series.
I like this episode very much. The plot is interesting, and I like the performances especially the dialoge between the investigator and the screenwriter. The only thing is, it could have been handled better if certain things were changed to make the end a little less obvious. The predictable ending isn't the problem for me though because this episode is about mood, character, motivation, ect; it's not a mystery. It's not who dun it? It's the road there that makes it entertaining.

Episode summary
A gambling safecracker with a slight hearing loss gets entangled in a game between a mobster and his beautiful, exotic wife and ends up getting the auditory system of an owl.

Fun and viewer review
Until the ridiculous silly owl ending, I actually enjoyed this one about a gambling down on his luck safecracker who was losing his hearing and his confidence until he gets himself involved in a game between a ruthless husband (whom he owed money to) and his hot sneaky wife who helps him get his hearing and his confidence back. The acting wasn't bad and the story was decent but as mentioned when they threw in the whacked out owl stuff it was like an episode of "Goosebumps" or "Are You Afraid Of the Dark?". This one also features the return of the nine lives of a cat power that was also used in "Dig that cat...he's real gone". Once again a mostly British or ones I never heard of cast but the woman playing the wife was pretty hot and she was evil. There's also the typical mad doctor in this one as well.
Unlike some of the other season seven episodes though, this one is pretty easy to follow and the story does have a crypt feel to it until the end.

Episode summary
In this demented animated retelling of the classic Three Little Pigs tale, the Big Bad Wolf slaughters two of the three pigs, leaving the third, convicted of the murders. To exact revenge he creates a Franken-swine to take out the wolf forever.

Fun and viewer review
Probably the best episode of the last two seasons. Right next to this same season's "Confession." A grotesque, and very crude animated episode about the three little pigs. The three pigs aren't as cute in this version of the story and the wolf does a little more then try to blow their houses down. It is a story of extreme violence followed by revenge. I won't say too much more for the people who have yet to see it. Just be warned of its strong violence. Not something you want to show young children. 1word 2word 3word 4word 5word 6word 7word.

Episode summary
Part one of this two-parter features Jack travelling to Marie-Mere in France on the trail of a cursed tome, Lucifer's Bible. The town is a holy site, with a fountain that cures the sick and dying. However, a priest of Satan, Asteroth, has the Bible and is using it to fulfill a series of prophecies that will culminate with the arrival of Satan on Earth. Meanwhile, Ryan is re-united with his mother, and the two deal with the death of his brother years ago over which Ryan is still guilty. The episode ends with Jack knocked through a window and put into a coma after a confrontation with Asteroth.

Fun and viewer review
The Book of Lucifer is in reality a section of the Satanic Bible which is far from evil.  It is actually a wonderful carnal  life philosophy for atheists which is about life and the here and now and deny's the existence of all things spiritual and supernatural.  It is based on human nature instead

Episode summary
Fleeing fraternity boys who plan to gang-rape her, a figure skater is hit by a car and crippled. However, a mysterious old man sells her an antique wheelchair at a garage sale. The wheelchair is one of the cursed items, and allows the girl to use it to kill her victimizers and regain the use of a bit of her body with each death. Micki and Jack are out of town trying to recover an antique, so Johnny must deal with the matter on his own. He initially leaves the girl with the wheelchair out of pity, but she continues to kill. Ultimately, the girl is killed, and Johnny recovers the chair.

Fun and viewer review
Such a great storyline. The young woman deserved her revenge and with too many rapists in the world, they all deserve to be put down like the monsters they are.

Episode summary
Adam Cole and his partner run a vaudeville-style mental act using secret passwords. However, the act threatens to fall apart since Cole is losing his hearing. While being treated by a doctor, he finds an antique hearing aid in the doctor's collection. Using it, he discovers that he can read minds, but the mental messages ultimately build up and kill the user...unless he discharges them into a victim. Either way, the result is a messy death.

Episode summary
Johnny gets hold of the cursed Coin of Ziocles... and uses it to bring back his dead father.

Fun and viewer review
When Micki was brought back it was very shortly after she died, and she was brought back by the same thing that killed her; that probably explains why she was still mostly intact.  But with Johnny's father, he had been dead for almost a year (assuming the show moves in approximately real time) and had died by an entirely different cause, which is why there probably wasn't much of him there; it wasn't a complete resurrection, so he wasn't truly brought back (you can see what happened when the cop tried to bring his partner back).  It's not really selfish; Johnny's father has been dead for too long for him to be intact enough to bring back.

Episode summary
Johnny inadvertently screws up when he sells a box of junk to a retarded neighbor without checking the Manifest. A cursed antique car radio is among the items sold. The retarded man's brother, a car repairman and a racist, discovers that the radio can be used to travel back in time when smeared with a murdered victim's blood. He plans to travel back to the 50's in the South and prevent his father from being arrested and killed on murder charges, by killing the black lawyer his father tried to kill. Johnny and Jack, holding on to the car during the racist's second trip, travel back in time with him and manage to stop him. Ultimately, the racist ends up being burned at the stake by his father and other KKK members, who mistakenly think he is working with the black civil rights lawyer he was trying to kill.

Fun and viewer review
This was one of my favorite episodes. Another one of my favorites was the one about the Nazi soldier brought back to life to kill Marshak's platoon.

Episode summary
Desmond Williams, a director, is obsessed with the role that his now-aged actress-wife played 50 years ago: that of femme fatale Lili Lita in a film-noir crime film. He finds a cursed reel that lets him bring the Lili character to life, by pushing an innocent female victim into the film itself while its playing. The victim is forced to relive the entire movie...which ends with the character they are stuck as being killed. Meanwhile, the movie version of Lili emerges into the real-world for the same period of time. To stay alive, Lili must convince Desmond to kill her aged real-life counterpart. The character is also increasingly dissatisfied with her limited "life" as a sex toy for Desmond. Ultimately, the aged actress shoots her husband when she finds out what is going on, and decides to enter into the film (replacing a trapped Micki) so she can have her youth back. Trapped with nowhere to go when the film ends, the film Lili is destroyed for good.
